By accessing and using Developer-Accounts.Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Developer-Accounts.Shop provides Apple Developer accounts for individuals and companies. All accounts are sold "as is" with the guarantees explicitly stated on our website.

2. Guarantee Terms

Our 7-day guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• No applications have been uploaded to the account
• No devices have been linked to the account
• No additional users have been added to the account

If the account was unused and received a ban during this period, we will provide a replacement at no charge.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due only after successful verification of the account. We work through an escrow service to ensure safe transactions for both parties.

4. 2FA Service

The 2FA Telegram service is provided free of charge for the first 14 days after account delivery. Renewal is available at $5 per month. Expired numbers may not be restorable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities or in violation of Apple's Terms of Service or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Developer-Accounts.Shop is not responsible for any account bans resulting from activities that violate our guarantee terms (uploading apps, linking devices, adding users). We are not affiliated with Apple Inc.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
