When you purchase an Apple Developer account from Developer-Accounts.Shop, you'll receive the account via direct OctoBrowser profile transfer or as a cookies file. This guide walks you through setting up OctoBrowser to access and manage your Apple Developer account safely.
OctoBrowser is an antidetect browser that creates isolated browser profiles, each with its own cookies, fingerprint, and proxy settings. It's the recommended way to work with Apple Developer accounts because it prevents account cross-contamination and keeps your session stable.
What You'll Need
- OctoBrowser installed on your computer (octobrowser.net)
- Your Apple Developer account credentials (login, password)
- Cookies file or direct profile transfer from Developer-Accounts.Shop
- Access to your 2FA Telegram chat (provided with the account)
Option A: Direct Profile Transfer (Recommended)
If you opted for a direct OctoBrowser transfer, we will send you a ready-made browser profile with all cookies pre-loaded. Here's how to import it:
Open OctoBrowser and go to Profiles
Launch OctoBrowser and navigate to the Profiles section in the left sidebar. Click the Import button in the top right corner.
Import the profile file
Select the profile archive file (.zip) provided by Developer-Accounts.Shop. OctoBrowser will unpack and import the full profile including cookies, fingerprint settings, and notes.
Configure proxy (if needed)
For best results, assign a proxy matching the account's GEO. Go to profile settings → Proxy tab → enter your proxy details. Use a residential or mobile proxy from the same country as the account.
Launch the profile and verify
Click Start on the profile. A Chrome-based browser window will open. Navigate to developer.apple.com — you should be logged in automatically via the imported cookies.
Option B: Manual Cookies Import
If you received a cookies file instead of a full profile transfer, follow these steps:
Create a new profile in OctoBrowser
Click New Profile. Set the OS to match the account's GEO (e.g., macOS for US accounts). Give it a recognizable name.
Import cookies
In the profile settings, go to Cookies tab. Click Import from file and select the cookies JSON file provided. Make sure all apple.com domains are included.
Launch and check session
Start the profile and open developer.apple.com/account. If cookies are valid, you'll be logged in. If prompted for 2FA, use the Telegram chat provided with your account.
How 2FA Works with Your Account
After account delivery, you're added to a dedicated Telegram chat. Any SMS or verification codes sent to the account's phone number will appear there automatically.
When Apple prompts for a 6-digit verification code:
- Check your Telegram chat — the code arrives within seconds
- Enter it in the Apple verification screen
- Done — you're authenticated
The phone numbers are active for 14 days free of charge. After that, renewal is available for $5/month.
⚠️ Important: Do not link personal devices to the account or change the Apple ID password without consulting us first. These actions may trigger additional verification that could affect the account's guarantee.
Best Practices for Account Safety
- Always use the same OctoBrowser profile for this account — never switch profiles mid-session
- Use a consistent proxy matching the account's GEO
- Don't open the account in multiple profiles or browsers simultaneously
- During the 7-day guarantee period, avoid uploading apps or linking devices
- Keep 2FA active — never disable it
Tip: If you use a different antidetect browser (AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, Incogniton), we can provide cookies in a universal JSON format compatible with most tools.
